The online gallery makes event images accessible after capture or after the event. It is the part of FotoboxSuite that guests open through a QR code or link.

Enable a gallery

You can enable a gallery for an event. This creates a public or hard-to-guess gallery link, optionally with a PIN or time limit.

Use a QR code

The QR code can appear in the guest workflow. Guests scan it to reach the gallery or their photo directly, depending on event settings.

Make images available

Photos are uploaded from the Windows app and assigned to the gallery on the server. They can then be viewed in a browser and downloaded if sharing permits.

Share the gallery link

The gallery link is useful for customer communication after the event. It can be shared by email, message or QR code.

Manage the gallery after the event

After the event, you can review, share, restrict or remove the gallery in the portal. Delivery stays part of your rental workflow rather than something to improvise separately.
